Feature:

  • Adapting the chemical agent that qualifies the environment standard.
  • Adding ultrasonic machine in the degreasing bath ensure deeply to remove the dirt on the material.
  • To ensure the clearance of the material, not only wash with pure water but also has 6 steps of the washing progress(3 steps before coating & 3 steps after the coating ).
  • Owing to the cage moves automatically by PLC system, it can control the progressing time in details.
  • The products which produce by above equipment can tolerate the salt spray test up to 2,000 hours(SST 2,000H).

Feature:

  • Dividing into two production line for the small-volume production of a wide range of different items.
    The length of the foundation coating is 130m, and the finish coating & clear varnish production line is 180m long.
  • Setting DISK electrostatic spray coater to matching operator hand spraying for both efficiency and quality concern.
  • Setting air conditioner in the working area and isolated entirely for quality consistently and a comfortable working environment also.
