We own 5 CNC processing machines, the maximum of the processing could reach 4 Axis, therefore we could satisfied customer's demand on complicate products.
Our main product including parts of brush cutter and outboat which need high accuracy technique.
For a consistent quality, we have air conditioner in our working area to keep the same temperature while processing.

Gear Hobbing Machine

Our machine of Gear Hobbing Machine is made in Japan.
Can do high rigidity, high speedy and high accuracy while cutting processing.
Main product is the drive shaft for the outboat.

The maximun cutting diameter is 60mm and the lenght is 150mm, qulified the module 2.0 SPEC.

Friction Welding Machine

Combine two different kinds of the material with friction welding progress.
Have multiple combination of material base on difference cost and usage purpose.
Main product is the drive shaft for the outboat.

The maximun diameter and lenght of weldingis : driving side Ø35*350mm, fixed side Ø60*750mm.
