Super-sized Injection Molding

Description of Plastic Injection Molding

We own 13 sets of the plastic injection machine from 67 tons to 4,000 ton , can produce the products as demand .

We could match customer's demand even on cost, quantity and delivery date just by our one-stop production process from designed the mold to plastic injection and have well quality control.

In 2016 we introduced a 1600tons forming machine for produce the super-size engine cover of outboat, fender for the tractor...etc.

Except the plastic injection molding, we own Hollow forming technique also.
Can forming the product from small -size to super-size, the maximum could up to 25kg, the maximum capacity could reach 1000L.
Our fuel tank has passed the US EPA (Permeability test).
Including the mutiple tank(4 type of 6 layer).
